Recently we received the following letter from a new customer which we are reprinting below.

I am pleased to inform you of my total satisfaction with the newly
acquired computer and especially, with the professional and knowledgeable
service I was given at your store.

I was having a problem and Mike Clark was beyond patient with me
and my problem as it turned out this was a modem problem with Verizon DSL. He
suggested and felt it was a connection issue and worked directly with me to
resolve the issue.

Thanks To the entire staff sales and service, U.S. computer,
Corporation.. I feel certain I would not have resolved this or any other issue
so quickly using a off the shelf unit.
